Introduce a human judge who should talk via computer terminal with another human being and a machine, not knowing who is who. The machine will be considered intelligent if after all the conversation, the judge can not identify with certainty who is the machine and who is the human.

Ontology is a body of knowledge that contains information about items and how these items relate to each other, are used for information retrieval, knowledge management, natural language processing, working to define a specific vocabulary used to describe a certain reality and a set of explicit decisions, setting strictly the meaning intended for the vocabulary, thus seeking to reduce ambiguities, improving search accuracy and reducing time spent.
